❍ With the implementation of the K-ETA system, citizens of 107 countries that allow visa-free entry must obtain K-ETA permission in advance to board planes and ships bound for Korea.

❍ Once approved, K-ETA is valid for 2 years and can be used repeatedly within the period.
*However, Japanese, Taiwanese, and Macao passport holders are only valid until October 31, regardless of the validity period stated on the advance travel authorization.

❍ K-ETA is not VISA.
Therefore, the K-ETA permit does not guarantee entry into the Republic of Korea, and the final decision on whether or not you can enter the country is based on the results of the immigration inspection by the Immigration officials of the Republic of Korea.

❍ After completing the application with incorrect information, it cannot be modified and a re-application is required. Also, even if you have received the final permission, if you enter incorrect information (passport number, date of birth, etc.) that does not match your passport, you will not be able to board the aircraft or ship. Be sure to double-check the information you entered before making the final payment.
